Our expertise in hardware engineering includes multi-level security, multi-domain systems and cross-domain solutions, as well as integrating legacy and disparate systems. Our maintenance of networks includes traffic monitoring, information assurance, cyber security, maintenance, emergency support, help desk, and user training. We provide expert systems integration and administration, network engineering, software development, information assurance, and project management support services worldwide, including designated hazardous areas.

CTI’s Enterprise Logistics Support Center (ELSC) supports full lifecycle logistics for the Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) program, the Navy’s emergency responder radio system, including receipt of equipment from the manufacturers, inventory of the equipment and accessories at the 4,000 square foot CTI owned and operated secure warehouse in Jacksonville, FL, and deployment to all CNIC installations worldwide. CTI provides direct administrative support via help desk functionality for Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), Total Workforce Management system (TWMS), Common Access Card (CAC) services, Contractor Verification System (CVS), Web Content Management (WCM), CNIC Portal services, and Reserve Telecom. Additionally, CTI provides support to the Navy and Department of Homeland Security for day-to-day administrative processes including visitor control, reception, preparation and distribution of organization documentation (correspondence, briefings, reports), travel planning and processing of travel claims, office supply inventory maintenance and distribution, management of government purchase card transactions and records, and maintenance of hard copy and electronic organization file systems.

TapHere provided engineering support and project leadership for the application performance analysis and UI optimization efforts for the GCCS internet Common Operational Picture (iCOP), systems & software engineering to develop and prototype information integration and collaboration techniques with an emphasis on ground mission management concepts. TapHere also provides operations research and analysis efforts, high-end multimedia presentations of new system concept studies, and integration of new solutions to improve data exploitation through visualization technologies. TapHere is a lead contractor performing project management, information systems development, IT support, and IA support for the CMMA Second Generation Data Broker (CMMA 2GDB). 2GDB provides the processing, ingest, storage, retrieval and display of ISR data related to targets, missions, results, assets, and collection needs. Joint Staff, TapHere provides support for the interoperability architecture, testing, evaluation, and reporting for the C4 Assessment Division.

DSD Laboratories provides system, data base network, and client operations support. This includes migrating windows clients (desktop, laptops, and PDSs) from Vista to Windows 7 3.1 and later 3.2. We also managed all software to include licensing and OEM support. DSD provides information assurance support on all clients and servers as well as the networks used for Space and Directed Energy development activities. The task includes system, data base network, and client operations support, administration to network server for both classified and unclassified networks, scientific systems used to capture data for space and missile and directed energy activities, modeling and simulations efforts, ZAMBIA high performance system cluster as well as system such as JOCAS and ABSS and SharePoint operations, among many other functions.

PM tec is an Authorized Oracle Primavera reseller servicing clients in Arizona, New Mexico, California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Texas. Our services include consulting, implementation and in-depth training in the areas of project management, cost control, document control and risk analysis. Our services range from informal surveys of business process and comparison with industry best practices to formal analysis using Project Management Institute’s Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) tool.
