Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Engineer Level 2

Location: Suffolk, VA

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Engineer Level 2 to support the JS J7 Joint Training DevSecOps pipeline core infrastructure and data center in Suffolk, VA. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Directorate, Joint Training (DDJT).


Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: 

· Responsible for design and model products using 2D drawings and 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA).

· Create assemblies showing how components fit together.

· Generate technical documentation with dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications for manufacturing Wikipedia.

· Simulate and analyze designs for performance, stress, and manufacturability, often using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools Ansys.

· Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet specifications and production requirements Indeed.

· Optimize designs for cost, efficiency, and quality, reducing the need for physical prototypes.

The Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) is responsible for engineering, implementing, and maintaining security solutions across information systems and networks. Information System Project Architect

Location: Suffolk, VA

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support the JS J7 Joint Training DevSecOps pipeline core infrastructure and data center in Suffolk, VA. This role supports the Deputy Directorate, Joint Training (DDJT) by coordinating Agile project activities, facilitating delivery within a SAFe environment, and supporting configuration management processes.


The ideal candidate will serve as a process coordinator and Scrum coach, guiding teams through Agile delivery, release management, and lifecycle configuration management activities within a DevSecOps environment. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate across technical teams, government stakeholders, and configuration management personnel while ensuring compliance with DoD standards.

The Information System Security Specialist III will be responsible for day-to-day cybersecurity operations, maintenance, and support of computer systems and networks. IS/IT SME Level V – CND

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Directorate, Joint Training (DDJT) for Continuous Network Defense (CND) cybersecurity engineering.


This role is 100% onsite.


Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of the Continuous Network Defense cybersecurity tools in accordance with all applicable DoD Instructions (DoDI), policies and regulations.

· Utilize Tenable and Nessus to perform regularly scheduled discovery and vulnerability scans, provide analysis of results, and development mitigation strategies to reduce overall risk surface.

· Manage Trellix ePO and deploy endpoint products such as ENS, PA, DLP, etc., to implement and enforce endpoint security policies in accordance with response to and mitigation of potential threats.

· Implementation of ForeScout policies for Comply-To-Connect (C2C) initiative, to ensure continuous compliance and quarantining of unauthorized, noncompliant devices.

· Monitoring of Cortex Xpanse to identify and assess external-facing assets and responding to alerts with the corrective action to mitigate the findings.
