National Small Business Defense Contracting Summit

August 2014 — ISS was recently honored with delivering an opening presentation at the National Small Business Defense Contracting Summit held August 25, 2014 in Panama City, Florida.

Representing ISS, Mr. Neal Zimmerman (ret. Lt. Col, Army) presented Small Business contracting difficulties and opportunities to a mixed audience of small business entrepreneurs, contracting and acquisition specialist, and members of Congress including the Honorable Mr. Steve Southerland. Mr. Zimmerman focused on commonly encountered issues, resolutions, and available opportunity streams available for the Small Business community with a focus on the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business stratum.
