Quality Assurance Program:

ISS is ISO 9001 certified. Our Quality Assurance Plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of each Task Order and will be posted IAW contractual requirements. ISS QM addresses three main core requirements:

  1. Quality Improvement to improve reliability and performance;
  2. Quality Control to maintain integrity and reliability; and

Capabilities and Service Experience:

  • Providing services to the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), performed in Zones 2,4,5,6 and Afghanistan, Germany
  • Providing services to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), performed in Zones 2,4,5,6 and Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kuwait, South America
  • Providing services to U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) through the US Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), performed in Zone 4 and Caribbean, Central America, South America.
